6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information (such as wrong address, missing contact information), refusal to accept the package, or failure to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you within 3 business days after receiving the returned package to confirm the correct shipping information.
We will reship the package for you free of charge after confirming the correct information. If we cannot get in touch with you within 7 business days, we will process a refund for your order (excluding any non-refundable fees, if applicable) after deducting the necessary handling costs.
